“There are endless creative outlets”
Lately, I’ve been feeling nostalgic about MySpace. It was really the first thing that got me excited about what the internet could do. I spent hours making my MySpace page stand out—changing the background, hiding my Top 5, adding music, and trying out all kinds of cool features.
That early passion for customizing my page eventually led me to a full-circle moment. After working numerous jobs and often feeling frustrated or wanting to improve the UI and experiences of the products I used daily, I decided during the pandemic to make a full switch and focus on user experience and product design. I’ve been doing it ever since and have loved collaborating with users to figure out how my designs can solve complex problems.
